FULL CANCELATION POLICY, including Lash Lounge etiquette, can be found here: 🌐 https://www.lashingoutlounge.com/cancellation-policy 📢 24 HOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES  💞Your appointment is very important to me, as it is time reserved especially for you.  📌I respectfully request NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS notice for cancellations or reschedules in order to avoid additional charges, and I can try to fill this space in the schedule. 📌Without at least 24 hours notice I am typically unable to fill your spot in the schedule. Please be considerate of my time, as I am of yours and my other clients. 📌Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 35% of the reserved appointment fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled   24 HOURS or LESS are considered LATE CANCELATIONS.  📌If you cancel your appointment all together, you forfeit any non-refundable booking fees paid toward your service.  ⌚LATE ARRIVALS beyond 10 minutes will not be permitted.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment WILL BE CANCELED and will result in a charge equal to 35% of the reserved appointment fee. ⌚Out of respect for other clients, I will not allow your time to run over and cut into another client’s appointment time because of a late arrival. Missed appointments are considered NO SHOWS and will result in a charge equal to 35% of the reserved appointment fee. 👻NO SHOWS: 👻If you have a SECOND NO-SHOW appointment, you may be subject to being let go as a client and will no longer be able to book appointments with Lashing Out Lounge.  If I am unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of the cancelation policies, it will count as a late cancellation and you will be charged accordingly.  🚫REFUNDS: Lashing Out Lounge does not offer refunds on any lash/brow services. **Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.**
